INFORMATIVA AI SENSI DELL’ART. 13 DEL REGOLAMENTO EU 679/2016 (“GDPR”)

Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (di seguito “GDPR”), e in relazione ai dati personali di cui potrei entrare in possesso attraverso la richiesta di contatto ai recapiti indicati in questo sito web, comunico quanto segue:

Finalità del trattamento dei dati

Il trattamento è finalizzato unicamente alla gestione della corrispondenza con l’utente (Interessato) che si mette in contatto con l’Avv. Angelo Giardini. I dati personali dell’utente potranno essere trattati a mezzo sia di archivi cartacei che informatici (ivi compresi dispositivi portatili) e trattati con modalità strettamente necessarie a far fronte alla finalità sopra indicata.

Base giuridica

La base giuridica del trattamento è rappresentata dal consenso dell’utente (art. 6 comma 1 lett. “A” GDPR) manifestato attraverso la spunta della casella posta nella form di contatto e revocabile in qualsiasi momento mediante semplice richiesta all’indirizzo di posta elettronica: info@angelogiardini.com.

Conservazione dei dati e cancellazione

I dati personali eventualmente comunicati dall’Interessato attraverso i recapiti di questo sito web verranno conservati dal Titolare del Trattamento per un periodo non superiore a 12 mesi e successivamente cancellati, salvo ulteriori accordi con l’utente.

I dati personali eventualmente comunicati dall’Interessato attraverso i recapiti di questo sito web non saranno oggetto di comunicazione.

Profilazione e Diffusione dei dati

I dati personali eventualmente comunicati dall’Interessato attraverso i recapiti di questo sito web non saranno soggetti a diffusione né ad alcun processo decisionale interamente automatizzato, ivi compresa la profilazione.

Diritti dell’interessato

Tra i diritti riconosciuti dal GDPR all’Interessato rientrano quelli di:

• chiedere al Titolare l’accesso ai suoi dati personali ed alle informazioni relative agli stessi; la rettifica dei dati inesatti o l’integrazione di quelli incompleti; la cancellazione dei dati personali che lo riguardano (al verificarsi di una delle condizioni indicate nell’art. 17, paragrafo 1 del GDPR e nel rispetto delle eccezioni previste nel paragrafo 3 dello stesso articolo); la limitazione del trattamento dei suoi dati personali (al ricorrere di una delle ipotesi indicate nell’art. 18, paragrafo 1 del GDPR);
• richiedere ed ottenere dal Titolare (nelle ipotesi in cui la base giuridica del trattamento sia il contratto o il consenso, e lo stesso sia effettuato con mezzi automatizzati) i suoi dati personali in un formato strutturato e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, anche al fine di comunicare tali dati ad un altro titolare del trattamento (c.d. diritto alla portabilità dei dati personali);
• revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, limitatamente alle ipotesi in cui il trattamento sia basato sul suo consenso per una o più specifiche finalità e riguardi dati personali comuni (ad esempio data e luogo di nascita o luogo di residenza), oppure particolari categorie di dati (ad esempio dati che rivelano la sua origine razziale, le sue opinioni politiche, le sue convinzioni religiose, lo stato di salute o la vita sessuale). Il trattamento basato sul consenso ed effettuato antecedentemente alla revoca dello stesso conserva, comunque, la sua liceità;
• proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 EU REGULATION n. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)

Pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg 2016/679 (hereinunder “GDPR”) and according personal data the undersigned law firm could receive processing the contact requests inserted in this website, we hereby inform what follow: 

Owner/Holder of the treatment

The Owner/Holder of the treatment is Avv. ANGELO GIARDINI, with law firm in Corridonia (Mc) Via Dell’Industria 304, Italy VAT n. 01685620435 – e-mail: info@angelogiardini.com.

Data Treatment Purposes

The data treatment is exclusively dedicated to the mail and communication management with the user (interested party) who wants to get in touch with Avv. Angelo Giardini. User’s personal data may be treated and recorded through paper and digital devices (including portable devices) and strictly limited to the hereabove mentioned purposes.

Legal Grounds

Data treatment legal grounds arise from the express consent of the user (art. 6 comma 1 lett. “A” GDPR) processed by clicking on the mail box form button in the contact page and revocable at any time through a simple mail request at info@angelogiardini.com.  

Data Conservation and Cancelation

Personal data eventually provided by the interested party through the contacts of the current website will be conserved by the Owner/Holder of the treatment for a period no longer than 12 months and then accordingly cancelled, unless further and different agreements with the user.

Profilation and Diffusion of the Data

Personal Data eventually communicated by the Interested Party through the contacts of the current website shall not subject to diffusion and profilation.

Interested Party Rights

Among the rights given by the GDPR to the Interested Party are included:

• to ask the Owner/Holder the access to Interested Party’s data and related information; correction and amendment of wrong data or integration of incomplete data; cancellation of personal data (once arising legal conditions set forth by art. 17 par. 1 GDPR and respecting the exceptions set forth by paragraph 3 of the same article); limitation of personal data treatment (once arising one of the cases indicated at art. 18 paragraph 1 GDPR);
• to request and get from the Owner/Holder (when the legal grounds would be the agreement or contract and the consent is expressed with automated modes) its personal data in a readable format by an automated device, also to communicate these data to anther owner/holder of the treatment (portability and migration data rights);
• to revoke at any time its consent, with reference to the cases where the treatment is based on its consent for one or more specific purposes (e.g. data and place of birth, or residence) or particular categories of data (e.g. racial data, politics opinions, religion beliefs, health status, sexual life). The treatment is based on the consent and given before its revocation, shall maintain in any case its validity;
• To propose a legal claim to the Privacy Authority for protection of personal data (garanteprivacy.it)
